I definitely made the right choice going with Rella Electric. I needed help with concealing a TV cord within the wall, and general inspection of outlets, and it was easy to schedule a time with Rella Electric. My experience from the first phone call to the electricians arriving to the completed work was phenomenal. Rella Electric listens to your requests carefully, and they're not shy with giving you a range for the estimate. They'll send you a text 30 minutes before their electricians arrive, and I love that they run on time. I was lucky enough to have Christopher and Raf help me with this small project, and they asked a few questions to help me decide how I wanted my TV setup (I have a Frame TV which sits flush on the wall, so concealing the cord was a must! we talked through the different options and went with the one that made the most sense for this setup). What took Christopher and Raf 20 minutes to do took other handy men who struggled for 2+ hours. Not only that, they were super neat and clean and made sure they left my space the way they found it. Christopher also took his time teaching me how to loosen up new outlets, and he made sure all of the outlets were easily usable. It was nice to have someone who knew what they were doing run a test and check all of the outlets during the visit. I feel super reassured about my apt now, and their work looks amazing. Rella was fantastic. Chris did an assessment of our ceiling fixtures and gave us a few options on how to upgrade our old wiring. Ralph and Marcos came in to change all our wiring. They were very thorough and worked fast. Cleaned up on their way out too! Will definitely use Rella again for any future projects.

I needed my exhaust fan to be connected and a new socket in the foyer. I called Rella electric and Rocco was very nice he gave me immediate availability to fit my crazy work schedule which was a plus. John came the day of the quote appointment and called before he was on his way which is always great. John looked at everything I was concerned about and even informed me of the work I will possibly need done in the near future. He was very knowledgeable when it came to all of my electric work in my house. Ralph and Marco did the actual work with my exhaust fan and new socket in the foyer and everything works perfectly. I went with Rella Electric on the basis of other online reviews . . . best decision I've made in the course of an extensive office renovation project. This is a thoroughly well-organized, professional operation, from start to finish. Scheduling -- of multiple visits -- was clear, with online confirmation. Rocco provided helpful guidance in choosing fixtures, responding quickly (and frequently -- I had lots of questions!) by text or email. The head electrician on this job -- Chris Rivas -- was EXCELLENT. He was right on time for each of several visits, and adeptly diagnosed problems with some of our fixtures. Chris kept at this job -- patiently and diligently (e.g., calling manufacturers to try to troubleshoot problems) -- until everything worked perfectly. He was also a pleasure to work with: clear in his communications (lots of updates, often with pictures and videos, as work proceeded), and with a ready smile. Crew who came with Chris, on at least a couple of occasions, were also great. Rella will be my go-to electrician, from now on! Thank you, Chris and Rocco.
