I am a patient of Dr Torti but did not have an appointment yesterday. I was having a definite vision issue. After speaking with the answering service the evening before I showed up first thing at his office. They were very prompt in working me in. After my exam with the Dr. I left the office with a peace of mind that although this was an issue that definitely needed assessed, it would be ok. He is always so calm & reassuring when vision issues can be scary. I appreciate his time to check me out thoroughly and explain to me what to do.

Office personnel are all professional but warm. I love efficiency and these guys have it handled, yet without feeling like they’re rushing. Dr. Torti is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has a gentle touch and is on time. The wait is never long.

I was late one day and Dr Torti told his staff that I waited on him so the least he could do is wait on me. I was touched by this. Most doctors do not have that attitude. This is in addition to his concern that I have no pain while getting the shot in my eye.

Dr Torti is great. I had a retina that had become nearly detached. He performed surgery to correct the problem. Even though he has a busy practice, everything is streamlined. There is a person for each part of th he exam, prior to meeting with Dr.Torti. He takes his time, explains everything in terms you can understand, and answers any questions that you have. I will continue to see him.
