Very unprofessional. Reserved a piece of equipment and got verbal confirmation that it was in stock and ready to go. After driving up there I learned they in fact did not have it in stock nor do they even carry it. Staff just smiled and said sorry. That's what you get for trying to support local businesses.

Wish I could do half star or less , you would like to do business locally so you ask them to order you something they say ok you wait and wait, no calls so you drop by to check and the guy says I didn’t order it and I won’t order it , great way to do business now I understand why other companies won’t do business with them

Construction was being done across the street from my house. One or their drivers drove their heavy trucks through my lawn. I've called several times asking for them to repair the damage they've made. The only response they give me is that someone will come out to fix the damage. That was 4 weeks ago. Ive called on 4 separate occasions. Seems like they will tell you whatever you want to hear and hope the problem goes away. Very upsetting.

Bought all of my Rustic Hickory cabinets from Ro-Mar supply and am very happy we did. High quality cabinetry thats reasonably priced. Had Danny come out and take measurements of my kitchen layout all the vanities and laundryroom. We picked out the style and finish and they got to work. Delivery was a breeze. We are very happy with the professionalism of RoMar and would definitely recommend them for cabinetry. Thanks guys for all your help.
