Delivery guys were prompt, on point and the nicest guys ever! I haven't used the machines yet but they are beautiful...

I placed an order for new cooktop but received a defected one. Unfortunately it’s two days past the return date(which is only 15 days , much less than the standard return policy in the industry) . When I call them, no matter if I chose 1 for sales nor 2 for service, it’s the same person who answered. I didn’t get any estimate how they would take care of the wrong delivery nor they provide any estimate of how long it will take to process this. I told them my contractor is waiting for this piece to complete the project. They don’t seem to care. I called for two days already, haven’t got any people to call me to give me a way to solve this. I placed the order online. I think during one of the calls I made the person seemed to disclose that they sent me a displayed model instead of a new one. I’m very disappointed at this purchase.

We just moved to White Plains. I am visually impaired, so I walked to the store. Everybody I encountered was helpful and friendly. I got what I think is a good dishwasher at a fair price. They worked with me through a scheduling issue at my building. The installer just left. Very courteous and professional. Great experience throughout. Will definitely be using them again when/if the need arises. Highly recommend.

My experience with Royal Green and specifically Dan Mazin has been extremely positive. From the initial meeting to making sure I was happy with delivery and that all products were in good order, they were quite professional providing great customer service. When there was an issue, they attended to it quickly and favorably. After purchase customer care, including their patience with the slowness of my project, was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether a small or large project. I would even recommend them if you were needing to purchase appliance(s) on a budget.

A random repairman recommended purchasing a new dishwasher from Royal Green when my dishwasher broke. The installation was scheduled the same week, which I appreciated. And it was done with the utmost care by their plumber, Louie, and his assistant. They took away the old dishwasher. Overall, a fairly easy, painless experience. Maybe the price could have been slightly cheaper, but sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was a good machine and a great installation, so we're very happy. I would use Royal Green Appliance again.

My experience with Royal Green was terrific. In the store Mario helped me determine what I wanted/needed and got me in and out quickly with a good price. Delivery was on time and Ron, my delivery driver, was awesome. He corrected a pre-existing hose issue and completed the job efficiently.

We are grateful for the recommendation of our friend to go to Royal Green for our new washer/dryer. We can't say enough about how pleasurable the experience was all around. Our sales person, Matthew, directed us to units that were in our budget and the prices were even better than local competitors (with whom we had shopped for many years).
In two days, the units were seamlessly installed and our 25 year old dryer and 8 year old washer were carted away. The installers were pleasant, efficient and professional- job done in less than an hour! Matthew provided us with personal and gracious one on one service throughout this job and was and is always available to answer our questions.
So wonderful to have one human (Matthew!) to call and receive an answer!
