NO SHOW! After several confirmation calls being told multiple reasons why the tech was late and that the tech was on his way multiple times this company never showed up and continued to assure us they were coming. Don't bother coming now though I'm sure you're not a day later. Honesty and communicating with your customer is lacking in your organization! I will not be using your services in the future and will not recommend your company.

The president of the company came out to our home during a particularly busy weekend for their business, due to a tropical storm. We had experienced an electrical surge and needed to fix our power in order to fix AC, gate, cable, internet, appliances, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done first with our electric, got it done - and then called his AC guy to come get us up and running immediately that day. It was the best customer service!! Then two other Solaris electricians, Marcos and Carlos, came back the next day to install our new surge protectors and do a few more electric items for us. Both so professional, fixed everything right up, explained what they did, were clean at the job site, and just very nice to work with! I will only be calling Solaris Electric from now on. Extremely pleased!!

Me and my family had an extremely positive experience with Marcos amongst the chaos of no having electricity at my home. He was so kind, trustworthy, and fully knowledgeable about our problem, and next steps in the process that he made our worries go away in a matter of minutes.
