I had a brand new oven/stove installed today and the entire process was so easy and convenient from start to finish! I spoke with the owner Moe who helped me find the oven I wanted on their website. I was given a great deal and asked immediately when a convenient time for delivery was. I was texted with a time frame for that day (between 10-12pm) and the driver called me at 10:40am to inform me that they were 40 mins away! And he arrived at 11:30am promptly. I was amazed at the promptness! Two installers arrived wearing company logo shirts and introduced themselves. They quickly measured my space to make sure they can fit my new stove in. Within 15 mins they had removed the old stove and installed the new one, handed me the user guide and asked if I had any questions. They were professional and courteous. And left no mess behind! I highly recommend this company for their reliability, great prices and professionalism! Thanks Appliance Plug! Can’t wait to replace the rest of my appliances with you!

Very professional service at the lowest price I could find. I worked with Chad and Octavio and they addressed any issue regarding the specific needs for my outdoor grill system. Very responsive to my calls and delivered everything on time. Very happy with the product and installation by Luis on an inclining floor.

Great experience buying our new dishwasher! Sales man Chad is really friendly and on the spot, truly helpful. They do all they can to give you a good deal, considering this is a Local store, if i can i prefer to support them, better than a big Corp. They have a great showroom, lots of nice units for all prices and what is not on the floor they can get it from the warehouse, give them a shot if you need new appliances 🙂

I needed a new refrigerator asap. Well Famous Tate was 2 weeks out and Home Depot had to order from warehouse. 4 days. I called The Appliance Plug! They have a huge inventory and picked out a refrigerator and also got a new stove! Delivered and installed the same day. You are the best. Thanks for the excellent service.

I purchased an oven from here because they had it available to install in just a couple days. Has nice high end appliances. There was issues with the install, although I can look past that. But after it was installed the oven outside reaches extreme temperatures. I’m nervous to use it. I was told I have to go through warranty with the manufacturer and could not return...It’s less than 2 days old! Had I purchased anywhere else in town I could have returned and repurchased another unit. So now I have an oven I don’t feel comfortable using, for who knows how long until someone can come out and look at it.
