This company used to be called Elecheck, then it went bust and changed its name to Elec group, but nothing has changed except it’s name, google Elecheck, you will find many shocking reviews, it is not surprising that I was shocked by their "exemplary engineer"s behaviour when he came to check the electricity in my flat, and their "management"'s attitude towards complaints is even more shocking, do not let them in your home!

Third time elecheck no show. First time made an appointment, no show. I telephoned them only to be told it was not an 'appointment', but a time slot. I received a letter dated 20th of August, stating that they would attend on September 13th, then another letter dated 23rd of August, stating they would attend on September 21st, still no show! A rubbish outfit. Totally dis-organised.

DO NOT use these they did our safety check. Put new smoke alarms in and never put the link pack in. Left electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling where they connected the some alarms to the lights. Left us with a right mess.
