Tom Morrissey explained that he was unwilling to do warranty work on a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator because the job requires too many man hours for his technician. However, I was told "if the refrigerator was purchased from his store, he would fix it". I purchased an extended warranty from Frigidaire and didn't have a choice as to who would be servicing the unit. Tom also explained to me that the refrigerator was tampered with, which was a flat lie. Martin's Applicance filled the refrigerant so I could continue to utilize the refrigerator until the warranty claim could be processed through Electrolux/ Frigidaire.

You can actually buy an appliance and have it delivered the next day. Do you hear that Lowes? This is how it’s done. Delivery was seamless. They had our front door off in minutes. Will buy from them again.

This is the worst place to shop appliances, they won't return my calls or repair my fridge I bought from them less than a 4 months ago, stay away from this place they are nothing but crooks!

Again, seriously? As a repeat customer saying that I was not given the opportunity to explain the issue and now have to go somewhere else to get the 25 day old washer repaired, the response was 'we cannot make everyone happy.' No effort to find out what went wrong, to let me explain, or an offer to fix the machine. Better Business Bureau will be my next phone call.

My wife and I purchased a washing machine and had it delivered in late November The drain hose that came with the machine did reach the main drain. The delivery guys did not have a drain extension to reach the main drain and placed the washing machine on blocks that I provided which unbalanced the washing machine and prevented the machine from draining. Customer service told us this was not the procedure of the company. 6 days later a technician came out and provided an extension to the drain hose to allow the drain hose to reach the main drain. I received a bill in the mail about two weeks later. When I inquired about the bill, customer service did not relent on the bill I received in the main and required me to pay the extra bill. When our previous machine ceased operating properly, I was open to not using the box stores and going with a Tom B. Morrisey only to learn that Tom B. Morrisey is more worried about money than they are about building a long-term lasting relationship with a local customer. That is very unfortunate and I hope the next appliance store will care more about customer care than a making a few extra bucks.

We have been so blessed to have Tom B Morrissey as our appliance connection. It all started with Tom and Mary, back around 1985. They helped us choose appliances would suit our lifestyle at the time. We have been very happy clients since then and they have been with us through 3 kitchen remodels! Their service is beyond the pale! Whenever we have had an appliance concern, they have always responded with care and efficiency! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Too bad one can't give less than one star. I'll NEVER buy another item from this place again. They are rude and condescending and when you try to explain what is an issue they talk over you, and then hang up on you while the customer is still talking, leaving you unable to even get to what the issue was. Now I have to go elsewhere to get my 25 day old washer repaired. Ridiculous!
