Tony and Shawn did a nice job getting the new Speed Queen in place, however they NEVER TESTED the unit to make sure it ran properly. They hooked it up WRONG, connecting hot to cold. Literally the most critical part of the job. Tony bragged about being the supervisor, etc. To have such a HACK delivery was very disappointing.
Jim had great product knowledge and information to help close the sale. Happy customer!

After dealing with Lowe's for over 3 months and 3 deliveries that were not correct , I asked for a refund . I went to Top Line for a new refrigerator the sales person listened to my needs and requirements. The delivery date was very fast compared to Lowe's !!! The day of delivery Tony and Shawn were great ! Delivery went smooth. I'd highly recommend Top Line Appliance!

The delivery team was wonderful. Doug & Manny were fast and efficient and ensured the stove was level and working prior to leaving! The one star I left off was for the customer service/scheduling team- they are extremely inconsiderate regarding scheduling and notifications regarding delivery. The unprofessional texts messages and a blanket “We have you scheduled for Monday” without a timeframe does not allow me to plan accordingly (we have work and obligations too). Also morning of- When asked for a 30min heads up the delivery was on the way (so I could leave work)- that was not completed as indicated it would be. I think this company could work on their professionalism and consideration especially since they are being paid to complete a service that and another company could have been chosen.

Tony and Shawn were amazing! Arrived promptly and got to work bringing in & installing my new stove and refrigerator, and they both took great care to protect my home in the process. I was provided owners manuals for each appliance, but Tony and Shawn also gave me helpful instructions about the appliances. Great work, guys!!
