The BEST service in 2024! We called, they responded, came with all the right equipment and fixed the whole house vacuum! Workers called with an updated eta, were efficient and clean and so nice to explain the situation. Highly recommended!! Ralph and his employees are top notch!

I went to these guys today with my aunts old Hoover. We’ve tried to get her to use a new machine but she swears by her Hoover.
She told me the machine wasn’t picking anything up so I went to these guys and they were WONDERFUL. They fixed the vacuum and replaced both filters while I waited. They are really friendly and know their stuff!
I recommend these guys to anyone needing vacuum service!!

My 20 year old Beam central vacuum lost suction. Ralph and Paul came the day after I called and diagnosed the problem and also cleaned out the system. They were professional, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable and if I’m ever in the market for a new machine I will call them for it.

The central vacuum unit in my home finally died after over 30 years of use. I decided to call Vacu-matic Sales Co. as they installed the original unit. Nando was a pleasure to deal with. Not knowing much about the units, he explained what would be best for the size of my house and budget. He provided all the information up front, including the cost and warranty information. I took a few days to research and when I called him back to let him know I was ready to buy, he had a crew out the next day! The crew of two were excellent, clean, friendly, and professional. They removed the old unit, carefully installed the new piping and mounted the new unit, and even added back an inlet valve so I can vacuum in the garage. After completing the install and testing to ensure it worked, they took the time to show me how the unit operates. I even think one of the crewmembers installed my original unit over 30 years ago! An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

This is a very good company, entirely dependable and trust worthy. They render prompt service and are empathetic to customer needs. Vacu-matic installed my service almost 15 years ago and every once in a while Nando comes out if there is a problem (my son once stuffed superheroes into the system) or if it is time for a parts upgrade. He is one of the nicest most trustworthy repair person that I have ever dealt with. I was in need of a repair to my system as we renovated our kitchen and needed to relocate our central vacuum connections. They were very quick to come and address, called on Thursday and were at my home on Monday, completing the repair in about an hour. The team was very clean, their work was great and I highly recommend them for any central vacuum needs.
