We were referred to these folks by our cabinet contractor. From the time we arrived at the store, to the time we made our dishwasher choice and had an install date was less than 30 minutes. Tim (sales) was very helpful and knew his products. The factory discount on our model pretty much paid for the install.

The installers arrived within the 1p-5p window. Joe (lead installer) and Melvin(?) were very nice and helpful. There were some issues with
our power source and dishwasher drain/overflow, which they took extra time to troubleshoot and repair.

Good, knowledgeable people, fair prices, timely service.

Always a great experience with this family-owned business! We just bought a washer/dryer from them for our new home, and it’s working out great. We also had their repair guy out fixing two appliances that person we bought the house from put in and installed incorrectly. The Valley Oak appliance repair person, Desi, that came over was sooooo great in helping repair the work that’s was done wrong by the people we purchased the house from. He explained everything to us as he went, his customer service was great, he was friendly, and super knowledgeable. Can’t thank you enough for helping us out!

My dryer stopped turning last week & the folks at Valley Oak were really wonderful especially the repair guy Brandon. I had randomly checked the dryer a few times throughout the week before I made the appointment and it still wouldn’t turn. Brandon walked in, powered it up and *poof* it started turning. I’m not saying he has magical powers, but he replaced the gizmos that hold the door shut because they were a little wobbly & his boss let him charge me a lower fee. So all in all I’d say it was a magical experience. Highly recommend!

Brandon was the tech that came out to service our refrigerator which unfortunately went out today he was very professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend him. He is straight forward & Honest which is very rare - thanks Brandon for your help. P.S- we called Valley Oak Appliance and he arrived the day before Thanksgiving within the hour of calling them for help!!

I called this company because my washing machine drum was off balance. It was making a lot of noise and was banging side to side. The technician that came out said that the front legs needed to be raised in order to level and balance the machine. He did that. But the issue continued. He told us that the other issue could be with the springs that hold everything in place. There were four in total.

We got a quote of $168.94 for each of the front suspension rods and $171.28 for each of the back suspension rods. Total came out to $680.44 in parts plus $269 in labor. Plus, taxes that would have come out to $1004.98 for a $900 washer. Ridiculous.

I decided not to go with this company.

The next day, I called Samsung and told them the issue. The factory parts through Samsung were only $74 each, which in total came out to $296 in parts and $130 in labor.

I'm sorry, but the price disparity is so huge that I called the company and complained. They are robbing people with these prices. Samsung told me that I could find the parts I needed even cheaper on Amazon. I found them for as low as $20 each.

Valley Oak Home Appliance needs to conduct honest business.

Absolutely a great group of people! Had the pleasure of purchasing a an LG dryer from these folks. Great customer service. Won't shop anywhere else. Not sure about the validity of some of these bad reviews. Service I got was as close to perfect as possible. Thank you Desi and team!!

My experience with Valley Oak Appliance has been terrible. I ordered LG washer tower through Valley Oak Appliance in early November of 2022. I called a few times to get an update, and after a month waiting they told me they did not put the order to have it shipped.

They offered me 2 options from the error: either purchase the floor unit or free delivery. I already waited almost a month, so I proceeded to wait a few more days.

I finally get the unit, had it delivered in put into the house. Now the unit is all boxed up from where ever it came from, and I did not open the unit until the weekend. Well, turns out the unit is also damaged.

I sent them pictures via text, and email for a good week; but I have yet to receive a callback to get this resolved. This is just a poor experience. I've been waiting patiently but, this is well over a week of waiting for a response.
