Colton from West Houston Electric did a phenomenal job on a full breaker box replacement. He and his technician were on time, worked efficiently, were very professional, and thorough. Thanks to Theo and West Houston Electric for replacing my entire panel, meter base, installing copper grounding, a whole-home surge protector, and an interlock kit for my generator! I feel safe knowing Theo did a thorough job even on a very hot summer day. He's very committed to his work which really shows in the result (see before and after photos).

I know this is very late coming as I had been hospitalized, near death, out of state and survived. I'm here to say Thank ? You Chris and Caleb for servicing my home. Your work was and is exemplary and professional. Once I entered my information online, your return response was prompt and scheduled. You responded with text and picture the day before with call back number and the day of the scheduled visit. Chris listened, inspected, evaluated and answered all questions pertaining to my light fixtures, waterheater socket installation ?, and the minor rewiring of a light switch. So far with the new light fixture installment in the kitchen, I am currently working on a new project to redesigning my kitchen. I am very satisfied with the work Chris and Caleb completed. I will only consider Western Electric from here on to service my place. I will also recommend them with 5 ? ? ? ? ? to all that read my entry. Thank You Chris&Caleb ? Thank You Western Electric!!

West Electric is highly recommended. They were super easy to set up the home visit and very flexible on the schedule. My tech Joseph was out of the charts. He walked me through the entire process and went far and beyond to make sure everything was working as intended.

Could not have gone better. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful of the home. Etc
Turned out to be a more complicated repair, but Christian and Miguel stayed on it until all was perfect.
The safety check and explanation of any short falls where appreciated and upgrades needed for many years will be handled by Christian next week.

We had somewhat of an urgent situation. From the very first contact, the lady who answered my phone call was professional, courteous and understanding. She was able to get someone over to our house within a couple of hours. The guy who came to fix our issue was also very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and was very efficient. I’m pleased with our experience with the company and I’d contact them again in the future for any issues. I’d highly recommend them.
