Ordered a fridge and gas range and are very happy with both. Kevin was very helpful. Delivery and installation were excellent. Installers couldn't have been better. They were friendly, courteous, and professional.

I honestly can't remember a retail experience that I enjoyed more. Start to finish, not only was everyone excellent at their job - they all have a great sense of humor. Especially Kevin, a very likable smart-a**. When I went into the store, I was the only customer and I thought "Uh-oh, here comes the pushy salesperson..." Couldn't have been more wrong. Easy going, totally knowledgeable, no pressure. Delivery, installation and communication, superb. Dave and Matt were so great, even my dog liked them, and he's an excellent judge of character. Can't wait until one of my appliances breaks down so I can buy something else. Big fat thanks to all of you.

Kevin is very friendly and easy to work with. He is doing a great job with this place. I highly recommend visiting for your new or used appliance needs. We bought a brand new washer and dryer set from them. We also were able to pick up a used dish washer after ours went out for a very good price. His delivery crew are very friendly and confident. Very very happy with the whole experience.

Ordered a double stack oven to replace our old unit. Was delivered on time. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything going on. Made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Cleaned everything up from taking the old ovens out. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful to have found these amazing people! When our old refrigerator/freezer suddenly quit, we were afraid we would end-up with a freezer full of soggy, spoiled food. We live almost 2 hours from Montrose, in a rural area that isn't on most places' "first-served" list. We called & talked to Steve, found a Whirlpool that fit our space, was very reasonably priced, and in stock! The very next day, Steve and Steve (yes, that's right) delivered & installed a beautiful new refrigerator & hauled away the old one. These folks were great to work with, they knew their stuff, and worked efficiently & carefully. Now I can hardly wait for our old dishwasher to quit! We know who to call!

We just purchased a KitchenAid refridgerator on Saturday and it was delivered and set up on Monday. The technicians were very professional, knowegable and careful on the set up. The sale personnel was able to fill the order from a sizeable inventory. They know their stuff unlike the big box stores. I highly recommend that if you need an appliance you should shop at Western Slope Appliance.
