We had Alex come to our Roads End House on July 3 to install a motion detector flood light, inside dimmer switch, and to troubleshoot our bathroom fan that was not working. We thought that the combination bathroom fan and light would have to be replaced but Alex used his problem solving skills to repair the fan and now it works as good as new. Alex has excellent problem solving skills and people skills. We have continued to use Western States Electrical for many years because of the quality of of electricians and the head office always answers the phone so we can setup an appointment.

Western States Electrical Construction Inc did an excellent job in getting electricity restored in the apartment my husband and I live in. Two days after an ice storm took out our power for 51 hours in Depoe Bay, half of the electrical outlets were without power. Dave and his apprentice Jake were extremely efficient, thorough, friendly and answered any questions I had in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend them for addressing any electrical issues in your residence.

Western States was such a positive experience from the initial phone call to the service call! Keeley was refreshingly outgoing and so kind on the phone; we called a couple companies and never got a call back but states answered the first time and got our job time in a timely manner. Rick and his apprentice were extremely professional and productive but also so relatable and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. We are new homeowners and had no idea how any of this works but everyone was extremely pleasant and patient with us. 10/10 recommend!

Originally called them to do some repair work listed on the home inspection report for the 70 year old house we had moved in to. They were so helpful and responsive. Subsequently we have had them replace and install light fixtures inside and out, fixing outlets that didn't work, changed out switches and added outlets. Every one of the electricians has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend this company!

We hired Western Electric to replace an old electrical panel and upgrade some of the wiring in our house in Eugene. Joe and Jeremy were friendly courteous professionals and knowledgeable. They had the job completed and the power turned back on before dark. We really enjoyed working with them and will call on them in the future when we need electrical help.
