I called Westwood Appliance after our oven stopped working properly. The technician that responded was outstanding. He correctly diagnosed the problem and said that he would attempt to repair it. Upon further investigation, he found out that the needed part wasn’t available anymore through multiple certified distributors. He provided the part number so I could check for alternative suppliers. There were none. I have the upmost respect for his helpfulness, integrity and honesty in attempting to fix the oven. I would unhesitatingly recommend them, and would utilize their services again.

Excellent service and communication. They don't have a showroom floor but can get you anything you like. Martin and his helper did an awesome job!
You're not going to get this service at a Box Store. This will be our Appliance Store from now on.

I called and made an appointment within the week. Ronnie called to say he was on his way. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Diagnosed the issue with my stove and in less than a week he was back to replace the part. I cannot recommend the people at Westwood Appliance highly enough.

Westwood appliance is my go to for any kind of appliance repair. They send trained service people and use the correct manufacturer parts for each appliance. Yesterday, I bought a new dryer from them which they installed and got running and took away my old machine to be recycled. Now, can use them to both repair and replace appliances. Makes my life a lot easier.

I Highly recommend Westwood Appliance. What a difference than buying from a big box store! Family owned and in business since the 1970's. Their price was competitive and the delivery and install was on-time, friendly and very professional. They are factory authorized and service what they sell. I will definitely be coming back when another appliance is needed.

Incompetent customer service and scheduling. We have called twice to be on the schedule to repair a part and both times we are confirmed to be on the schedule, for the day to roll around and no one shows. Turns out they forgot to schedule us both times! It has turned into a three week process now. I highly recommend using any other service than this unless you want to babysit the staff.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Danielle was great, so much more personal and pleasant compared to the big stores. She guided me through selecting the right washer and dryer for my needs. Also, they came to install it right on time.
