These guys know their stuff and they are super helpful. I called, talked to Joe and even without pictures, he knew exactly the clamp I was referring to. When I went to the shop, he met me, got me what I needed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will be working with them on any repairs I cannot do and parts for things I can.

My wife has used them in the past for some appliance issues. My "new" fridges compressor wouldn't kick on and after calling the manufacturers repair/support line and being told it would be a week and a half till a tech could look even look at it so I'd give it a shot here. I explained the issue to Gene in hopes they had a part I could swap easily. He provided guidance on the issue and explained the service agreements in place with the manufacturer, and that it's best to wait for them to fix it or it could void the warranty if they suspected it was tampered with from someone other than their service department. It's solid advice and something the mfg did elude too when I called.

Then Gene, under no obligation to help, proceeded to offer me a loaner fridge till the mfg repair service could get out and get mine fixed. He refused to take any sort of payment and said he just wanted to help and to return the loaner a few days after the repair was done. You don't find business owners like this these days, or people in general.

I can't say enough good things about Willard Appliance. I own a dog daycare, boarding, hydrotherapy and fitness center in Orlando, and our 5 year old washing machine died on Saturday. We do at least 2 loads a day so being without was a great hardship. I looked at reviews and decided to call Willard first thing Monday morning (today). They said they didn't know if they could get a tech out since they were down one tech, but by 9:30 they had someone at our facility looking at our machine. He did a quick fix, but said it would likely fail again (it was a circuit board problem) and the repair would be costly. He mentioned we should instead consider buying a Speed Queen because it had no electronics and was a basic, high quality machine. Well the washer did fail, with the next load of towels. I called Willard around 11am to tell them we would purchase the Speed Queen and asked when they could get it to us. It was delivered and installed by 1:30! They also didn't charge a delivery, installation or haul away fee.

This company went way above board to help another local business - something I will always remember. They have made a customer for life, both for my business and for me personally.

Excellent service, first my ice maker went out (older model refrigerator), they got a new one installed for me. Then a couple weeks later the line to the ice maker was leaking, they came out to fix that, but since they had been there recently they helped me out with the service call. Nothing but good things to say about their service team. Gotta have an ice maker in Florida summer heat! Thank you Willard Appliance!

A couple years ago I brought my dryer to Willard and they fixed the issue (something to do with a burnt plug) quickly and it still works perfectly. Earlier this week my washer finally gave out and unlike last time, there as no fixing it. After visiting a couple other used appliance stores in Orlando I remembered my past experience with Willard and luckily they were open on Saturday. My Husband and I were welcomed by the owner who had fixed my dryer before. He showed us what he had for used washers and gave us information so we could make an informed decision. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality used appliances (they also sell new). The owner is always friendly and puts you at ease, knowing you are buying an appliance that he stands behind. He was even able to arrange for same day delivery and Chip the delivery driver gave us a few tips to help us get the most out of our washer, installed and tested it and hauled the old one away for free. There is a reason Willard has been around for so long and it's called providing excellent customer service and standing behind your workmanship.

Gene Willard is a gem. After discussing the price of a new washer on the phone, he listened to the problem with the existing washer that came with a purchase of my new home. After listening, he recommended a very simple ($3) solution. Not only did this work, he saved me more than the $500 I was prepared to spend on a new appliance.
