Joshua was my washer/dryer technician and he was excellent from arrival, to inspect and assess, to returning to complete the repair. He arrived prepared and on time and was always in constant communication. The repair was performed to better than new! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My wife bought a new washing machine. Paid for same day install and ended up with an unbalanced unleveled washing machine. The machine was off based visually from the naked eye. I was unfortunately not home to micromanage the install and as we all know you get what you inspect not what you expect from service representatives.

Update 1: my LG Smart appliance notified me via text that the Yale installation installed my hot and cold hoses backwards. After inspection I confirmed that there was absolutely nothing that Yale did right!!

Update 2: Happy that Yale reached out to resolve this issue. They refunded me which was nice. Hopefully they can train the person who pretended to install my washing machine! I changed my post to 3 stars given the professional way they handled this issue.

I am a repeat customer and will always consider Yale Appliance for my appliance needs. My seven-year-old refrigerator stopped getting cold. After a failed attempt to fix it I decided to replace it. My visit to the showroom was efficient and my needs were addressed by Danny, the sales rep, within a half-hour. Danny looked up my previous order and helped me find a refrigerator to meet my needs with a comparable footprint that was within my budget. Danny was informative and helpful with an A+ sense of humor. (He missed his calling as a comedian.) I was able to schedule the appliance for delivery three days after purchase. The text messages and the delivery app was most helpful so I knew how close the delivery team was. The delivery went without a hitch; very efficient. I highly recommend Yale Appliance.

We have used Yale Appliance for 3 new appliance purchases/installations: stove, fridge and dishwasher. Each and every time they have been extremely communicative, transparent and easy to work with. We live in a top-floor walk up condo in the city so appliance moves are not the easiest, but Yale Appliance gets it done hassle-free. Shout out to Marco who worked on our dishwasher - he was EXTREMELY helpful and kind.

Yale Appliance went above and beyond when I replaced all my appliances as part of a major renovation of my home. we started the project in July 2023 and the appliances were delivered in July, August and September 2024.

This was my third experience buying appliances from Yale since I purchased my first home in 2005. They’ve been great every single time, but this was a particularly large purchase for me because I was replacing everything.

When the site wasn’t properly prepared for the washer and dryer tower, they took it back to the warehouse and delivered it when everything was ready. They did that with a smile and extreme professionalism.

Yale also made good on the original incentives and pricing for the appliances - Even though they were delivered a year after my first order. And they only charged me one flat delivery fee for everything. They were flexible when I needed to make several changes as the project developed. They sent technicians to my home at no charge to do site visits to make sure the appliances would fit. I think their pricing was as good or better than anybody else, but I would not consider going anywhere but Yale because of the outstanding customer service. This is truly one of those great family owned businesses with a history of serving our New England community.

The delivery teams did amazing work getting very large, heavy appliances into small spaces. I was especially impressed by the way truck team 10 Got my washer dryer tower up to the second floor - navigating a narrow, steep curving staircase.
