I purchased 2 bikes about 6 months. I waited to review because I wanted to be 100% truthful. Scott was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything to me and my Wife. Bikes are amazing my wife bought a step over and it looks and rides great. I got the bigger one with bigger battery and tires. We are very pleased with them. We have used them almost every weekend and everything works great. Battery life is longer than expected. Charge time is normally 6HRS and they last 50 miles plus depending on how much I assist with them.
One of my best purchases this year and I’m glad we did are homework and bought these great bikes. Thanks Again Scott

I would highly recommend Scott and Zap E Bikes. I purchased my bike here and have already put 1400 miles on it! Scott was amazing when I was trying to pick what bike I wanted. He laid out very honestly the pros and cons of each bike including which ones had more quality parts. I have already popped two tires as well as had some issues with the brakes and was able to get them fixed there as well. Also, the prices are HIGHLY competitive. Most of the other places I looked were hundreds of dollars more with less features. If you're looking for a bike, look no further.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome doesn't even cover my experience purchasing my bike from Scott. I searched all the local bike shops before I purchased my fat tire electric beach cruiser from Zap e bikes. The bikes are the best there are. We bought two of them. Scott, (the shopowner) answered all of our questions, and he was very patient. He makes you feel welcome as though you are family. Gave us the opportunity to test ride them. He made sure we were comfortable with the fit. There was no pressure for the sale. He has a lot of pride in his products, and makes sure the customer is fully satisfied with the purchase. He is there for you even after you purchase of the bike.
