Most installations went very smoothly during the busy season. Most importantly, they have excellent and responsive customer service there to handle any issues that come up. Would recommend.

He coordinated a challenging installation, found a great oven that would fit the space, and insured the finish work was completed well and in a timely fashion. You may not always find this level of customer service and of detailed delivery service from other big-box retailers.

Subzero, Kitchen Aid, Viking, whatever high end brand that you’re looking for ABW Appliance Showroom: Arlington has it! Their staff are friendly and courteous without a pushy sales routine. Their showroom is currently undergoing renovation but that still doesn’t stop them from taking care of you without fail. Make sure to ask for Melonie D’agi if you’re looking for a total white glove treatment, you will not be disappointed.

Our refrigerator died. We went to the ABW showroom in Arlington on a Monday where Tiffany worked tirelessly to find a refrigerator that would fit in our existing opening and that we could have right away. She also worked with the installers to get it installed quickly. The installers did a wonderful job of installing it in a space with only an 1/8" of clearance. By Thursday our new refrigerator was up and running. We are delighted!

The showroom staff and delivery people were extremely professional and are a compliment to a local business. However, the delivery notification lady was not truthful as she didn't contact me to arrange for delivery as she claimed. (My caller ID proves this or she uses a phone number that is on the "Federal Do Not Call List.") I think Tiffany was extremely professional and I like the way you present a proposals in an email. I will recommend you to others.

Just got my kitchen delivery from ABW. These are Big HEAVY professional appliances, and ABW came through in spades. The delivery crew was on time with all the right equipment to bring the appliances into my house, without any damage to floors. Handtrucks with pneumatic tires, four (4!) obviously experienced men who were polite, competent, respectful.

And my sales rep, Elvis Matamoros, has been an excellent communicator. Worked closely with my designer, always kept me informed and up-to-date. ABW, shout out to Elvis and everyone on your team. Thanks for everything. I wish every architectural project could be this good! - Ray
