We have been talking to these people to come to our property and put power since the beginning of December. They wanted improvements done to the land even though we had a home there, after improvements they told us it was going to be 4-6 weeks until they can get the job done for us. I called on week 5 for an update just to find out THEY NEVER SENT OUT A WORK ORDER. We have called for weeks before and no one could give us any straight answers. There’s very little communication and we are on a small timeframe but there’s NOTHING they can do to speed up the process even though they are the ones who dropped the ball. Now we are forced to wait another 4-6 weeks. Unprofessional.

The customer service from the representatives all the way up to the supervisor were more than helpful and friendly. It was absolutely stellar customer service that resulted in finding a solution that worked. I was pleased and proud to be a co-op member both personally and professionally. Great job CVEC!!!!

Worst experience ever with an Electric Company. They wanted almost $20k to install new power to a property. Then asked how much to run it to a property that already had a meter installed for an OIL company and they danced around it like it was going to be an act of Congress. Contacting the Oklahoma Corporation Commission today to launch a complaint.

I love my little electric Co-op. Considering that all service is overhead we have incredibly few outages. I see the other provider in the area having them all the time. Cvec is very responsive and makes you feel like part of something good.

Ive previously had service with Canadian Valley for years, and i have been pleased with them—never having an issue with tardy customer service or call outs. I figured its easy to complain and leave 1 star, but good service might not get as much positive feedback.. Having called today to get service switched back to my name from renters was a quick, 0% drama process. Mariah, or Melissa (my brain dumped her name already) was courteous & helpful.

Power goes out constantly now. Always about 700 uses affected on map. Wind blows hard, rains...outage. Our lines are buried in this area, so they need to improve other infrastructure coming into the area.

CVEC does a great job. And the Fiber is awesome.
Mary in customer support took care of me when I called in. She was great! Highly recommend.
